- Auction viewing site between Applegreen and UPMC at Butlerstown, Cork Rd, Waterford. Eircode of Applegreen X91 VEH7.
- Bidding will be online only, by timed auction beginning on Friday 19th and ending from 7pm on Monday the 22/06/2026.
- All lots will close in sequence with highest bidder winning the lot always.
- Bidding deposit €500.

Before the auction
Initial enquiries:
Our website will showcase all of the lots available prior to the auction day. - prior to this date, lot numbers, vehicle details & images may be updated or changed.
For each lot we provide a detailed description, photographs, and video content where possible, in order for interested bidders to obtain as much information prior to viewing/bidding.

Viewing:
Vehicle Documents, Service History, etc., will be available to inspect in person on the day.
Registration before the auction
To register online bidding, please log in or create an account on munsterauctions.com. Once logged into your account, then register for The Auction by clicking here or by clicking "Register for This Auction" on the auction catalogue. Please click this link to view step by step instructions on how to register online as a Buyer.
To bid, you can register by filling in the terms and conditions, providing proof of address and ID. A bidding deposit of €500 is required to register. This is refundable if no purchases are made.

Ways to Bid:
Online bidding
Buyers can easily bid online on munsterauctions.com by registering in advance and placing a bidding deposit (outlined above). Registration to bid online opens one week prior to the auction.
Auto bidding
Your maximum bid is a ceiling, not a target.
The system will only bid when required and will not automatically bid you up to your maximum amount unless competing bids force it to do so.
Buyer’s premium:
Buyer's premium on the hammer price.
Our Buyer's Premium is 10% + VAT
Our minimum Buyer's Premium is €100 + VAT.
Our Buyer's Premium is capped at a maximum of €300 + VAT (€369 INCLUDING VAT)
Buyer's Premium example:
If the hammer falls on a lot at €10,000, the Buyer's Premium will be €300 + VAT (€69). This means the buyer's total cost for this lot, out the door, will be €10,369.

During the auction
It's time to bid!
For online bidding, you can watch the live stream through your online account. To bid, simply follow the on screen bidding prompts.
If you have registered for a proxy bid, you will receive an email after the auction with your invoice if your bid has been successful.
After the auction
Payment:
If you are the successful bidder, you will receive your invoice via email following the auction. All payments are due in full by 4pm on day after sale.
We accept payments via bank transfer.
Lots purchased can only be released upon receipt of cleared funds.
Collection:
Purchased lots ARE ON SITE AND MUST BE COLLECTED.
Buyers should satisfy themselves that they have all relevant documents, keys & spares relating to their lot(s) at time of collection.
